Dr. Daryl Tweeton has a M.S. in Mining Engineering and a Ph.D. in physics, both from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of SEG, EEGS, EAGE, and SME. Dr. Daryl Tweeton joined the U.S. Bureau of Mines Twin Cities Research Centre in Minnesota in 1972 and worked there as a research physicist until it closed in 1996. He conducted research in uranium solution mining and served as the centre’s radiation protection officer, receiving an award for improvements in radiation protection. He developed and published a series of tomographic software starting in 1986. Dr. Tweeton has also collected field data for tomography and various other geophysical methods. He has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and holds two patents in geophysics.

Mr. S.L.Kapil is the CEO and Director of DM Consulting Engineers. He is a former Executive Director (Geotech/R&D) NHPC Ltd. He has been the President of Indian Society of Engineering Geology and Vice-President of ISRM, India. He holds M. Tech in Geophysics from IIT Roorkee, MBA Finance from IMT CDL Ghaziabad. He has diverse experience of more than 38 years in the field of Geotechnical and related areas. He has introduced several advanced geophysical techniques like Resistivity imaging, Seismic tomography, and Tunnel seismic prediction for the first time in India. He also developed a Real-time Seismic data centre for online seismic monitoring of all dams, a unique initiative in India. He worked on more than 70 large projects in India and abroad. He has authored more than 300 technical reports and published more than 50 papers in National and International journals. / Conferences. Currently he is a Dam Safety Review Panel member of several State Govts. Currently he is a Dam Safety Review Panel member of several State Govts. He has worked on several international projects in Myanmar, Bhutan, China & USA. He received an Exemplary Service award from NHPC and also received the Global Near Surface Geophysics Award 2023.

Mr. Subhash Chander Mittal is a Promoter as well as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since incorporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College of Kurukshetra University, Haryana, India. He has diverse experience of more than 38 years in the field of engineering consulting industry. He has contributed immensely in the engineering of large infrastructure projects in water sector, energy sector and mobility sector.

Dr. Thomas Fechner graduated in 1992 at the University of Freiberg (geophysicist). His main activities were in geophysical tomographic exploration of aquifers in combination with groundwater modelling. In 1998, he completed PhD from University of Tubingen. Dr. Thomas Fechner has a strong background in tomographic applications as well as geoelectric imaging. He is a Managing Director of Geotomographie GmbH, Germany. He is an expert in development of world class cross hole tomography equipment for shallow and deeper depth requirements. He has worked on a large number of projects all over the world. He also worked on providing geotechnical parameters for Burj Khalifa & Palm Island, Dubai. He also worked on several seismic tomography projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Germany, Bangladesh, Doha/ Qatar, Netherlands & Norway. He has several publications published in reputed journals and conferences. Also worked on several research projects related to seismic tomography. Some of the project’s details are below:

Dr. Rambhatla G. Sastry has M.Sc (Tech.) from Andhra University, Ph. D in Geophysics from Moscow State University, Moscow. He has more than 43 years of experience in Exploration Geophysics, Engineering Geophysics, Geophysical inversion. He is retired as Professor of Geophysics from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.

Dr. C. Krishnaiah has MSc Tech Geophysics, MSc Geoinformatics and Ph D in Geology. He has more than 35 years of experience in Engineering Geophysics in carrying out investigations to solve geotechnical problems related to Civil Engineering, Geo-hydrological and Geo-environmental problems.

Ms. Nidhi Kapil has MS in Biotechnology from University of Manchester, UK and MBA in Marketing from IMT CDL Ghaziabad. Presently she is working as Assistant General Manager- Business Development at DM Consulting Engineers. Earlier she has worked with Redcliffe Labs, Intex Healthcare, Core Diagnostics as Product Manager. She has worked with several international companies for Business Development.
