Board of Directors

Mr. Subhash Chander Mittal is a Promoter as well as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since incorporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College of Kurukshetra University, Haryana, India. He has diverse experience of more than 38 years in the field of engineering consulting industry. He has contributed immensely in the engineering of large infrastructure projects in water sector, energy sector and mobility sector.

Mr. S.L.Kapil is the CEO and Director of DM Consulting Engineers. He is a former Executive Director (Geotech/R&D) NHPC Ltd. He has been the President of Indian Society of Engineering Geology and Vice-President of ISRM, India. He holds M.Tech in Geophysics from IIT Roorkee, MBA Finance from IMT CDL Ghaziabad. He has diverse experience of more than 38 years in the field of Geophysical, Geological , Geotechnical, Seismology & Remote sensing. He has introduced several advanced geophysical techniques like Resistivity imaging, Seismic tomography, and Tunnel seismic prediction for the first time in India. He also developed a Real-time Seismic data center for online seismic monitoring of all dams, a unique initiative in India.

Mr. Uday Shanker Sahi is the Director of DM Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd. He holds a BSC Engineering (Civil) degree. He has more than 36 years of experience in the Hydropower sector. Played a leadership role in 08 States, 02 UTs and 03 foreign Countries (Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal) with completion of key projects in scheduled time, inhospitable weather and in difficult terrain.

Mr. Surajit Dutta is the Director of DM Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. He holds a MBA Finance degree and PG diploma from ICWA. He retired from IRCON as Executive Director and has more than 37+ years of experience in Finance. He also worked in NHPC for more than 18+ years.

Mr. Arvind Bhat is the Director of DM Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd, He holds a BE degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur. He retired from NHPC as Executive Director. He has more than 42+ years of experience in managing Hydro Power plants.

Mrs. Neelam Mittal is Promoter and Executive Director of the Company. She has been on the Board of the Company since incorporation. She holds a Master degree in Economics from Kurukshetra University. She holds more than a decade experience in the field of engineering industry consulting business. She leads and mentors the human resource department of the Company.
